Can bought products be returned?
Yes, within two weeks, starting the day of package reception.
When resigning, please report it over a contact form or via email. Specify
the order and bank account numbers, for money refund.
Note that delivery cost of returned products is payed by the Buyer.
It is very important for the returned products to remain complete, undamaged
and if provided, returned in original packaging (does not apply the delivery
envelope/box itself, of course).
If the received package arrived crushed, don't accept/open it!
Let it be returned back to the sender. Please report such issue over the contact
form.
When deciding to return the software protection devices, they can not have
programmed any login space keys, locking them for further use!
Only devices having so called unsafe login, are accepted in returns.
Devices having only the data space modified, are accepted without any
limitations.
Note that due to the nature of software downloaded over
Internet, money are not being returned for that type of products.
Prices, delivery methods and costs
All prices shown have the tax included. Delivery method and cost depend from a package weight and destination country. If in need to know the total price for your location, simulate the shopping process. Just put items into the cart, then click the Checkout button. Fill in the 1st page. Destination country is important! Move to the 2nd page - calculated package weight, price and delivery options will be provided. Different currencies can be picked from the list, at the top of the website. Order form can be closed without ordering anything, by navigating backward.
Personal detail data
The data is provided by users voluntarily. Location information (current address) isn't required for software available for download on-line. (User will not receive invoice over traditional mail.) The date can be altered or removed at any moment in time. It is collected for order processing (billing) only and is not shared with third parties.
PayPal payments systemHow it works?
First, a mailbox account is required. It is needed to create
user accounts at both - PayPal and this website. After when PayPal account
has been created, user needs to connect with it at least one credit or debit
card and/or bank account.
After logging in at this page and placing an order, it will be shown in user's
panel. If the order has not been payed for, new "PayNow" button shows up on
the order details page. The button redirects the user to PayPal service where
the order can be payed for. User can decide to pay with use of connected credit
card or with use of funds already collected at PayPal. The transaction details
are sent back to user's mailbox.

Are there any additional fees charged?
Yes. Fees are collected from each transaction and depend on
how much money is being transferred. There is a constant portion of a fee and
variable portion of a fee. Below is an example that explains the process of
sending funds in detail.

Software packages download
Small but important part of the software is only available
for users, who buy the product. The package includes a CD with everything
what is needed to start working with software security devices. Every such user
also grants a right to download available updates, over this website.
If after logging in, some package still remains unavailable, the owner of specific
account is asked to report such issue over the contact form.
Device password protection
The user provided password becomes part of the encryption key, which further may be used for devices data space encryption. This solution was implemented to avoid cases where user A protects own software with the devices and is further licensing the software to a third party B, who also appears to be the Client of TinyIT. Without additional password protection, the B would have all the tools needed to gain unauthorized access to devices owned by A. This is a case that should also be considered as at least possible.
Endurance
The development time proved that the software protection device prototypes are pretty much shock/voltage resistant! Believe or not, one even survived unintended, reverse VCC/GND connection 5 times. Despite that, it still works today, ~4 months after it got fried last time... ;) Yes, they were thrown against the wall too. Some of them survived, some did not have that much luck. The goal was to eliminate weak materials and packaging variants. As for many USB devices, the part used to wear quickly is the connector itself, if disconnected very often.
3D Printing and modellingAccepted file formats
It would be best to send the files in *.stl. It is historically the oldest, popular format for vector data. The *.dxf format is also accepted. Please, do not send files in any commercial formats, like *.dwg, *.cdr or others alike. Do not submit a ready for use, *.g-code! You will waste a lot of time generating it and the settings made in it will very likely, be completely different than these needed for the 3D printer currently used!
ConfigurationCookies and scripts
This service is using cookies technology and the JavaScript language to function properly. Both need to be supported by the web browser used to view it.
Logging
Each HTTP request is logged. Logged entry holds IP of the caller, date and time, server side script called, its parameters and the result of the script execution. Collected information is further used for development but might also be used for solving issues reported by Clients.
Newsletter
The newsletter does not have a constant schedule, it rather
depends on changes made in developed projects. Always however, messages are
formatted and passed as a clean text (ANSI ISO, 8 bit, fixed), so it can
be viewed even in a command line console.
Newsletter messages have no additional photos or other files attached.
User will never be asked about login, keys, pins, credit card numbers, etc.
If received email claims to originate from this service but does not
conform to description above, it is very likely to be fake! Such file should
be removed without even opening! If reaching user's mailbox more often,
they can be zipped and sent as part of the issue report, with use the contact
form.
Newsletter messages might hold URI-s in their body (standard HTTP 'links').
Such links will always redirect to this website.
Subscription can be made by entering single mailbox address into newsletter
text box, in menu bar and clicking the icon next to it.
All that needs to be done on the next page, is retyping an antispam code from
the image and picking the Subscribe button.
Subscription may also be canceled. The procedure is exactly the same, except
that on the 2nd page, the Unsubscribe button needs to be clicked.
If exists, given address is removed from the newsletter's queue.
The Cancel button closes the module and opens previously watched page.
